  1. No Returns – No Exchanges 
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. if product is defective share with open box video

  2. Exchanges for Defective Products Only
    If you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing error or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the defective item.

  3. Product Details & Color Variations
    All product specifications are outlined in the product description. Please note that:

    • The color of the product may appear slightly different in person due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
    • Due to variations in production batches and machine calibration, slight color differences may occur.

  4. Minor Imperfections
    Our products are crafted using machine work, and minor imperfections, such as a few loose threads or slight inconsistencies in stitching, may be present. These are inherent to the production process and are not eligible for exchange unless they significantly affect the product's quality or functionality.

  5. Inclusive Pricing
    The price you see for our sarees is all-inclusive. It covers not only the cost of the saree but also incorporates marketing expenses, shipping, taxes, and any other associated costs. As a result, our prices may appear slightly higher compared to other listings.

  6. How to Request an Exchange
    To request an exchange for a defective item, please email us  with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence. Our customer care team will review your case and assist with the exchange process.
